Kim started out in the office helping with HR, AP, and general office duties. During the last 11 years, she has assisted in various positions like Production Picker, Packer, Shipper, Customer Service, and Production Manager. Heenan became the Operations Manager in February 2022. She oversees the day-to-day business, production, warehousing, and production component ordering for production efficiency.
