Meet Kelsey Simmons

Kelsey joined Quincy Recycle as a Staff Accountant in 2022. Shortly thereafter, she assumed the role of Finance Liaison for Quincy Exact Solutions, becoming closely integrated into the business operations in Pontiac. In her role, Kelsey oversees Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, while supporting certifications such as SQF and ISO and ensuring customer requirements are met to maintain operational compliance. She is passionate about supporting the team and developing structured programs and procedures that drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys mountain adventures and relaxing beach trips, attending concerts, sipping well-made lattes, and volunteering within her community.
